358 STUDENTS WILL BE SENT ABROAD FOR POST-GRADUATE EDUCATION

355 students will be sent abroad for post-graduate education with the Ministry of National Education scholarship program.

A total of 358 students, 200 of them for higher education institutions and 158 for public offices and agencies will be sent abroad for postgraduate education with the Ministry of National Education Selection and Placement of Candidates Sent Abroad for Postgraduate Education (YLSY).
 
Candidates can make their applications through REBUS (Official Scholarship Student System -  http://rebus.meb.gov.tr) between October 21 and November 1, 2021.
 
The Ministry of National Education will send 358 students abroad for post-graduate programs with official scholarship in order to respond to the needs of the quality of human resources of Turkey in accordance with Law No. 1416. These students will get their education in order to work in 22 different universities and 13 different state offices and agencies after their graduation.
 
These students will be assigned to vacant positions in order to complete their compulsory service after successfully completing post-graduate and/or doctorate programs.
 
Pursuant to Law no 1416, the Ministry of National Education has been sending students abroad with scholarships since 1929 in order to respond to the needs of expert personnel at universities and public offices and agencies.
 
Since its establishment of YLSY, more than 20 thousand students have been granted scholarships. Presently, a total of 4 thousand and 312 students are studying in 50 different countries with Ministry's scholarships.
