"The Ministry of National Education does not offer education only to students at school age but also provides lifelong education to adults," said Özer.
Özer stressed that they have been going through an overall transformation since the last year adding that, "Every month, we give training programs for 1 million people- 70 percent of them being women" in order to increase their resilience in the labor market and reinforce their adaptation to new changes and transformations.
