MINISTRY ORGANIZED RAISING SOCIAL AWARENESS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION COURSESThe Ministry of National Education has organized 109 courses about "Raising Social Awareness in Special Education" for more than 3 thousand participants who are over 18 years old and especially public servants in the entire country in November.
Directorate General for Special Education and Guidance Services affiliated to the Ministry of National Education has prepared a "Raising Social Awareness in Special Education" course program for all people over 18 years old especially those who work in public offices and institutions and loaded this program to the e-Formal system.
Within this framework 3 thousand and 29 people attended 109 courses about "Raising Social Awareness in Special Education" in the entire country in November. Governor's Offices in different cities of the country continue to organize these course programs.
The course program aims at giving basic information about special education, raising awareness about people with restrictions and giving effective and productive services to people who need special education to teachers, administrators and those who work in public office and institutions.
Special education course program for school bus drivers and counselors
Meanwhile, the Directorate General for Special Education and Guidance Services also prepared "Informative Course Program for School Bus Drivers and Counselors Working with People who need Special Education."
13 thousand and 245 personnel attended this course program that was organized in the entire country in November.
The program aims at helping school bus drivers and counselors who are carrying students who need special education to school and to their classrooms to learn about possible problems that may occur during these transportation services, take measures against these possible programs and provide safe transportation.
