In this context, the transfer of the students registered in preschool and primary education institutions in the quake-hit provinces will be made through the e-School system by the school headmastership with the coordination of the provincial and district national education directorates, within the scope of the "Transfer Due to a Natural Disaster" option, regardless of their residential addresses.

In order to provide students at secondary education level in the quake-hit provinces to access education throughout Türkiye, in case of their request, students will be placed to schools throughout Türkiye by the placement commissions without causing any grievances according to the provisions of the Paragraph 6 of Article 23 of the Ministry of National Education Regulation on Secondary Education Institutions titled "Student Placement and Transfer Commission".

According to Article 58 of the Regulation Secondary Education Institutions of the Ministry of National Education, titled "Conditional pass and lifting up for responsibility", the responsibility exams to be held within the first two weeks of the second semester will be planned by the governorships after the education starts in quake-hit provinces.

In accordance with the Regulation on Private Education Institutions No. 5580, the exams of other private education institutions in quake-hit provinces have been postponed until February 13, 2023.
