THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION SENDS TRAINING SET THAT CONTAINS STATIONERY, TEXTBOOKS AND SUPPLEMENTARY RESOURCES TO STUDENTS IN THE DISASTER AREA

The Ministry of National Education has started to deliver training sets that consist of textbooks, study aids and all stationery needs to meet the needs of students affected by the earthquake. A total of 7.5 million printed textbooks, 5.5 million supplementary resources and 130 thousand stationery sets at the first stage were started to be delivered to students.

Intensive work started by the Ministry of National Education at the Ministry of National Education Directorate General for Support Services Course Materials Production Center continues to provide educational materials to students who were deprived of educational materials such as textbooks, supplementary resources and stationery due to the earthquakes that hit Kahramanmaraş.
 
With the instruction of the Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, training sets, which were prepared to meet all the stationery needs of children earthquake survivors, textbooks and supplementary resources started to be delivered to students in the 10 quake-hit provinces.
 
Stating that the reprinting of the textbooks and supplementary resources needed by the students in quake-hit provinces was completed, Minister Özer said that they have prepared training sets in order to meet especially the need of students in the earthquake zone as well as the students who have been transferred to other provinces such as textbooks, supplementary resources and stationery. Özer noted that they started to deliver 7.5 million textbooks and 5.5 million supplementary resources and 130 thousand stationery sets at the first stage to students.
 
Emphasizing that schools are not only the places where students develop their academic skills, but also have a critical importance in terms of students psychological development, Özer underlined that they aim to reunite the students affected by the earthquake with schools as soon as possible. Announcing that they will have delivered the textbooks and supplementary resources for students at all grades before they start education, Özer said that they will deliver additional stationery materials and all kinds of educational materials in accordance with students' needs.
